چکیده
Objectives: The etiopathology of type 2 DM is multifactorial. Recently, increased body iron levels have been associated with an risk DM. Iron through oxidative injury leads to resistant hyperglycaemia and also microvascular diabetic complications. There are few studies which show association between serum Ferritin diabetes mellitus. present study conducted know the S.ferritin correlate Diabetic nephropathy retinopathy. Methods:50 patients 50 non-diabetic meeting inclusion criteria were selected from Chalmeda Anand Rao Institute Of Medical Sciences, Karimnagar, Telangana studied. Necessary Investigations like blood sugars, HbA1c, ferritin, urinary Protein fundoscopy done. Other relevant investigations done exclude falling under exclusion Criteria. Results: This included Type Mellitus controls. mean Serum level 379.55 mcg/dl in diabetics compared non-diabetics 81.66 mcg/dl. About ferritin proteinuria, was 317 mcg/l nil protein, 421.43 among 1+ 464.37 2+ 569.02 3+ protein retinopathy 319.09 no fundus changes, 410.02 grade 1 NPDR patients, 529 543 3 NPDR. Interpretation And Conclusion: shows that measured terms higher Non-Diabetics. Patients MicroVascular Complications had those without any
